# Why can't I see my Unlisted API?

# Reason 1: You do not have the correct Unlisted API URL

To see an Unlisted API, you have to enter the correct Unlisted API URL shared by the Povider. You may ask a provider to invite you to an API by following steps this guide - Invite Developers to API.

# Reason 2: The API Portal is Password-Protected

If the provider has already sent you the Unlisted API Link but you cannot see it on the API Portal, it’s possible that the API Portal is Password-Protected.

To view the Unlisted API page, you are required to enter correct password to access to the API Portal first.
