# Types of User Roles

There are 2 roles on FabriXAPI - API User & API Provider.

You can register now on FabriXAPI (opens new window) for free for Provider roles.

You can also register on any FabriXAPI powered API Portal for API User role.

# API User

As an API User, also known as API Developer, you can discover and subscribe to APIs on any FabriXAPI powered API Portal. After registering to any FabriXAPI powered API Portal, you will be able to:

  • Browse APIs by categories, subscribe to APIs, try out the endpoints, and more on the API Portal

  • Manage API subscription & performance with the Developer Admin Portal

# API Provider

As an API Provider, you can can integrate your APIs into our platform and create your own branded API Portal on FabriXAPI. After registering on FabriXAPI (opens new window), you will be able to:

  • Generate customized API Portal that aligns with your brand identity

  • Manage, distribute and monetize your APIs on the API Portal

  • Our API consultant will help integrate your APIs into our platform and generate SDKs & connectors for future API consumers
