# Why can't I see my Public API?

# Reason: The API Portal is Password-Protected

If API Portal is password-protected, user is required to enter portal password before entering all pages on this API Portal, including:

  • Home page
  • API Collection page
  • Guides page
  • API details page

Please enter the correct Portal password to view API Portal pages. If you are an API User, please contact your API Provider for the portal password.
