Why can't I see my Developer Details?

After the API Portal Migration, developer who enters the API portal will have to give consent on sharing login information in order for provider to see developer detail.

Therefore, the detail of developers who have not entered the API portal after the migration will not be accessible and viewable in the Developer Details page.
